GMAT Overview

The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is a globally recognized test designed to assess the skills of candidates who seek admission to graduate management programs, such as MBA. It is managed by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC).

GMAT Modules

The GMAT test consists of four main sections:

Analytical Writing

The Analytical Writing section takes 30 minutes. You will be required to write one essay analyzing an argument.

Integrated Reasoning

The Integrated Reasoning section takes 30 minutes. There are 12 questions designed to test your ability to evaluate information presented in multiple formats.

  • Different question types: Multi-Source Reasoning, Graphics Interpretation, Two-Part Analysis, Table Analysis
  • Questions require you to synthesize information from various sources
Quantitative

The Quantitative section takes 75 minutes. There are 37 questions designed to test your problem-solving and data sufficiency skills.

  • Problem Solving: Solve quantitative problems
  • Data Sufficiency: Determine whether the given data is sufficient to answer a question
Verbal

The Verbal section takes 75 minutes. There are 41 questions designed to test your reading comprehension, critical reasoning, and sentence correction skills.

  • Reading Comprehension: Answer questions based on passages
  • Critical Reasoning: Evaluate arguments and draw conclusions
  • Sentence Correction: Identify and correct errors in sentences

How to Register for GMAT?
